During the past several years, Mike has developed on skills from different job roles. He has been working at Gifted Touch International as a Technical/Operations Manager, Acquisition of labor contracts in the short term covering all aspects of building construction like, steel works, form works, plumbing, electrical, masonry, civil works and networking with contractors for possible strategic partnerships. While working at Quintech construction as a site engineer, Mike assisted senior engineers in conducting site inspections, managing quality control, and monitoring progress on a commercial construction project. He worked with project teams to ensure that the project complied with specifications, budget constraints, and safety regulations. Mike is currently working with Builcon Technologies as their contractor doing residential and commercial buildings across counties in Kenya. He has specialized in construction management and managing teams while providing construction solutions and quality work.in multiple sites.
