Three people carry every Ufanizi transaction from first enquiry to handover — and you will speak to them directly.
Managing Director
Simon leads Ufanizi Real Estate and its acquisitions desk. He sets the standard the business is known for: no listing goes live until the title has been searched, the beacons confirmed and the price tested against real comparable sales. Buyers dealing on high-value Nairobi land — Westlands, Karen, Runda, Kitisuru — usually deal with Simon directly.
Contractor / Developer
Mike runs the build side of the business. He advises buyers on what a plot can realistically carry — ground conditions, servicing costs, approvals and programme — and then delivers it, from residential and commercial buildings to civil works, interior fit-out and full project management under Ufanizi Construction.
Marketing & Communications Manager
Andrew is the first voice most clients hear. He runs the marketplace's listings, campaigns and partner developments, matching enquiries to the right project — whether that's a 1/8 acre plot on Kangundo Road or a coastal holiday home in Diani — and keeping buyers informed through to title transfer.
What guides us
Every parcel we list is searched at the lands registry before it reaches you. If the paperwork isn't right, we don't sell it.
We work the corridors we know — Nairobi, Kiambu, Kajiado, Machakos, Ruiru and Thika — so our price guidance reflects what's actually trading.
Most of our business comes from referrals. That only happens when the first transaction was handled properly.
We combine registry data, comparable sales and market analysis so buyers and sellers meet at a fair, defensible number.
How we work
Budget, location, use — land bank, build now, or income. One consultant is assigned to you from that call.
We visit the site, search the title and confirm beacons, zoning and servicing before you spend a shilling.
You see the property with us, and we negotiate on comparable evidence — not on asking-price optimism.
We run the transaction to title transfer, and Ufanizi Construction can take it straight into design and build.
